An international executive with a career spanning 25 years, Keli is a graduate of the Wharton School and her varied experience includes being a Chief Commercial Officer, Global Head of Learning & Development, and a US General Manager. A self-made leader, Keli began as an appointment scheduler in sales, eventually leading a division where she quadrupled revenue, and later headed departments with employees spread across 15 countries and six continents as well as completing an expat assignment living in London. Most recently, as the Chief Commercial Officer for Mind Gym, she ushered in a return to double digit growth, resulting in the highest revenue recorded in company history and record-breaking productivity levels, joining the organization during unprecedented attrition and a 40% revenue decline at the height of Covid.

Her repeated successes have uncovered a universal truth: An investment in people directly impacts profits, inclusion, and broader society.
